A banquette by the outdoor firepit offers a comfortable place to lounge, and holds more people than two chairs would in the equivalent space. Designer Sandy Koepke found an old curtain rod and hung a cushion from it, to add a little extra softness to this outdoor decor. It's covered in Sombrero Stripe in Merengue Maroon by Donghia. The pillows are made of old and new fabrics from Mexico, India, and Guatemala.
